Sale Net Termination Value definition

Sale Net Termination Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 18.2(e) of the Facility Lease.

  • The Facility Lessee’s obligation to make payment of FMV Net Termination Value or Sale Net Termination Value, as applicable, shall survive the termination of this Facility Lease.
