the 1992 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1992;
the 1972 Act means the Local Government Act 1972.
the 1974 Act means the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;
UK Bribery Act means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 of the United Kingdom, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
the 1973 Act means the Water Act 1973;
the 2011 Act means the Localism Act 2011;
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;
the 1991 Act means the Water Industry Act 1991(a);
the 1977 Act means the National Health Service Act 1977;
SEBI Act or “Act” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992;
the 1998 Act (“Deddf 1998”) means the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998;
the 1997 Act means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8);
the 1999 Act means the Greater London Authority Act 1999;
the 1996 Act means the Education Act 1996;
Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning this legislation;
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).
