Sale Supplement definition

Sale Supplement means that certain Sale Supplement, dated as of the date hereof, between Servicer, as Purchaser, and Ocwen, as Seller, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Sale Supplement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Sale Supplement means each sale supplement executed in connection with the Master Servicing Rights Purchase Agreement.

Sale Supplement. As defined in the MSR Purchase Agreement.
Sale Supplement means each Sale Supplement to that certain Master Servicing Rights Purchase Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2012, as heretofore or hereafter amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, between Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, as seller, and the Borrower and HLSS Holdings, LLC, as purchasers.
