Sales Commission Plan definition

Sales Commission Plan means a plan setting forth, for a given fiscal year, sales commission compensation payable to Executive based on performance criteria previously determined by the Board of Directors of the Company for such fiscal year.

  • If the Distribution Date occurs prior to December 31, 2006, Idearc Group shall continue each Short Term Incentive Plan and each Sales Commission Plan in effect as of the Distribution Date, until December 31, 2006.
