Sales Enablement definition

Sales Enablement means the use of a Product for purposes that do not directly produce licensing revenue for the applicable Party, including, but not limited to, demonstrations, non-production customer evaluation (which shall not exceed three (3) months in the aggregate), benchmarking, development, testing, copies and back up, maintenance (including the provision of updates and releases), customer support and training.
