Sales Figures definition

Sales Figures means the sales figures of the Companies for the period since the Accounts Date to 30 November 2001, a copy of which is attached to the Disclosure Letter at Appendix C;
Sales Figures has the meaning set forth in Section 3(f) below.

  • If the Company does not deliver a Sales Objection Notice to the Purchaser by January 31, 2006, then the Parties hereto will be deemed to have agreed that the 2005 Sales as set forth in the Draft Sales Figures are final.
