Sales lot definition

Sales lot means an establishment that sells or rents large goods such as vehicles, boats, equipment, machinery, manufactured homes or prefabricated buildings primarily from an open lot. It may also provide installation, repair or maintenance services as an accessory use.
Sales lot means an open area used for the display, sales, or rental of new or used motor vehicles, in which no repair work (except minor and then only incidental to items sold) is performed.
Sales lot means the individual physical area or property where a nursery or registered nursery dealer grows, collects, or distributes nursery stock or related live plant material for sale.
