Sales Royalties definition

Sales Royalties means, collectively, the SB204 Sales Royalty, SB206 Sales Royalty and SB414 Sales Royalty.
Sales Royalties means that portion of the Other Compensation which is designated as a royalty for, and is measured by, the sales of the Product by an Authorized Distributor or its subdistributors.
Sales Royalties means the royalties to be paid on --------- --------------- Net Sales in the circumstances described in Section 7.5.

  • Sales Royalties shall be paid to CHS as set out in the following tables.
