Sales Schedule definition

Sales Schedule means a schedule of timber sales intended for disposition by BCTS for a particular fiscal year. The schedule provides BCTS clients and other Parties advance notice of timber sale tenders.
Sales Schedule means a schedule setting out the gross sales price achieved in respect of each Private Residential Unit and such units comprised in the Griffin Park Redevelopment (if any) that has been sold and clearly identifying the value of discounts incentives or allowances allowed by the Owner [and/or WD] in respect of each such Private Residential Unit sale;
Sales Schedule has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.05(b).
