Salisbury Commons There is a mortgage granted by the Borrower to the Department of Housing and Community Development ("DHCD") securing an initial principal balance of $1,492,340. Such mortgage is subordinated to the Mortgage Loan pursuant to a recorded subordination agreement that, among other things, requires DHCD to give Lender 60 days written notice prior to foreclosing on the property.
