Same Day Funds definition

Same Day Funds means (a) with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds means (a) with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds means immediately available funds.

Examples of Same Day Funds in a sentence

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein and except with respect to principal of and interest on Loans denominated in an Alternative Currency, all payments by the Borrower hereunder shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the respective Lenders to which such payment is owed, at the applicable Administrative Agent’s Office in Dollars and in Same Day Funds not later than 2:00 p.m. on the date specified herein.

• All payments to be made by the Borrower hereunder shall be made in Same Day Funds, at the Administrative Agent’s Office, and shall be applied ratably by the Administrative Agent among the Lenders.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all payments by the Borrower hereunder shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the respective Lenders to which such payment is owed, at the Administrative Agent’s Office in Dollars and in Same Day Funds not later than 2:00 p.m. on the date specified herein.

• On the Borrowing Date, each Lender shall make available its Loan or Loans, if any, not later than 1:00 p.m., in Same Day Funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent, at the Administrative Agent’s Office.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all payments by the Borrower hereunder with respect to principal of and interest on Loans denominated in an Alternative Currency shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the respective Lenders to which such payment is owed, at the applicable Administrative Agent’s Office in such Alternative Currency and in Same Day Funds not later than the Applicable Time specified by the Administrative Agent on the dates specified herein.

More Definitions of Same Day Funds

Same Day Funds means disbursements and payments in immediately available funds.

Same Day Funds means Dollar funds settled through the New York Clearing House Interbank Payments System or such other funds for payment in Dollars as the Agent shall specify by notice to the Borrower as being customary at the time for the settlement of international transactions in New York of the type contemplated by this Agreement;
