Sample Results means any chemical, biological, or physical properties of a Customer provided sample as determined by a Registered Product.

Sample Results any and all results (including, without limitation, all Patent Rights, Know-How and Material) which are created, conceived or reduced to practice by CuraGen during the term of this Agreement through its use of the Samples and/or the Clinical Data;

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.
