Sanctioned Party List definition

Sanctioned Party List has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.4.
Sanctioned Party List means the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or ‘Foreign Sanctions Evaders’ maintained by the OFAC, the Entity List maintained by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Consolidated List of Persons, Groups and Entities subject to EU Financial Sanctions maintained by the European Commission, the UK Sanctions List maintained by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation within the UK’s HM Treasury, or any equivalent list maintained by a Sanctions Authority, as amended from time to time.
Sanctioned Party List means a list of persons and companies for which there are particular prohibitions or restrictions relating to the exercise of commercial activities under the Laws.
