Sanitary License definition
Sanitary License means each license issued by the COFEPRIS or any other Governmental Authority in Mexico or outside of Mexico to the Companies, as applicable, which is required by Applicable Law to produce, prepare, warehouse and commercialize, medicaments and raw materials for the production thereof.
Sanitary License means each license, marketing authorization (registro sanitario), dossier, permit or certificate issued to any of the Target Companies by the COFEPRIS or any other Governmental Authority in Mexico which is required by Applicable Law to manufacture, prepare, warehouse and commercialize medications and raw materials for the production thereof.
Examples of Sanitary License in a sentence
Each Sanitary License listed in Schedule 3.15(a)(i) has been validly obtained by the corresponding Target Company, is legal, valid and enforceable and, to the extent applicable, subsisting.
The Target Companies have not received written notice of any investigation, claim or proceeding that is ongoing or being initiated, or threatened to be initiated, by COFEPRIS or any Governmental Authority regarding a breach of a Sanitary License.
