Sanitary pit privy definition

Sanitary pit privy means a privy which is built, rebuilt, or constructed so as to conform with the specifications approved by the state health department.
Sanitary pit privy means a pit and/or chamber for receiving non-water carriage of human waste, over which is placed a privy house with seats.
