Sanofi will have the right, at its sole discretion, to file, prosecute, defend and maintain at its costs any Patents claiming Inventions or Know-How included in the Sanofi Collaboration Technology.
Sanofi will keep Selecta reasonably apprised with respect to the filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Patents within the Sanofi Collaboration Technology.
