Sanofi Foreground Technology definition
Sanofi Foreground Technology means all Sanofi Foreground Know-How and Sanofi Foreground Patents.
Sanofi Foreground Technology means all Intellectual Property Rights made, conceived and first reduced to practice by Sanofi alone or with a Third Party in the conduct of the Development and Commercialization of (a) Licensed Products in the Field or (b) Option Products, in each case following the end of the Research Term.
