SARC definition

SARC means South American Resources Corp., formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which ceased to be a standalone entity effective as of January 1, 2021 pursuant to a vertical short form amalgamation with Aris Holdings whereby all of the issued and outstanding shares of SARC were cancelled.
SARC means Symbion Ambulatory Resources Centres, Inc., a Tennessee corporation.
SARC means South American Resources Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company prior to the SARC Amalgamation, pursuant to which it ceased to be a standalone entity effective as of January 1, 2021.

  • District shall provide Consultant with all the documents, records and information necessary to prepare SARC in a timely manner.

  • Information and data in each school's SARC will be accurate upon delivery of the finished product.
