SAS Agreement definition

SAS Agreement means any and all agreements between the Choice Supplier and the Company and/or all applicable tariffs of the Company as approved by the Commission, which govern the relationship between the Choice Supplier and the Company. The SAS Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement.

  • The Secretary of the Executive Committee shall maintain a current list of addresses for the giving of notices to REMVEC II and all REMVEC II Participants under the provisions of the SAS Agreement and shall provide a copy of such list to all parties to the SAS Agreement upon any party's request.
