SAS Agreement definition

SAS Agreement means any and all agreements between the Choice Supplier and the Company and/or all applicable tariffs of the Company as approved by the Commission, which govern the relationship between the Choice Supplier and the Company. The SAS Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement.
