Satellite Capacity definition

Satellite Capacity means the space segment capacity from beams of the Satellite and includes all necessary and appropriate ground segment capacity and services required for the operation of the Satellite and the provision and use of such capacity as contemplated herein.
Satellite Capacity provided herein is comprised of: (1) bare transponder capacity; (2) telemetry, tracking, and control ("TT&C") of the Telstar 7 satellite; and (3) maintenance of the Telstar 7 satellite used to provide said bare transponder capacity. During the term of the Agreement SKYNET shall have the right to make intra-satellite changes to any of the Satellite Capacity assignments, provided, that such changes are directly related and limited to: (1) an operational concern that affects the health of the Telstar 7 satellite; (2) an interference issue which otherwise cannot be corrected; or (3) regulatory issues or concerns. Satellite Capacity means, collectively, the GE Satellite Capacity and the Loral Satellite Capacity.

More Definitions of Satellite Capacity

Satellite Capacity means the current satellite capacity of Canadian License Co.’s Existing Satellite System or any future capacity of any Next Generation Satellite System in which Canadian License Co. acquires an interest, as the case may be.
Satellite Capacity means the satellite capacity of the Satellite System including any capacity of any Replacement Satellite System in which TerreStar Canada acquires an interest, as the case may be.
Satellite Capacity means that portion of the Host Capacity representing ______ MBO/d, ______ MMSCF/d, and ______ MBW/d of processing and handling capacity through the Host that is available for the processing and handling of Satellite Production during the term of this Agreement.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • New Capacity means a new Generator, a substantial addition to the capacity of an existing Generator, or the reactivation of all or a portion of a Generator that has been out of service for five years or more that commences commercial service after the effective date of this definition. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6.   • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
