Savannah Trust Agreement definition

Savannah Trust Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Paragraph 36. “Savannah Trust Assets” shall mean (a) those assets and properties, including the Savannah Facility and sources of funding to be transferred to the Savannah Trust pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and (b) such other assets acquired or held by the Savannah Trust from time to time pursuant to the Savannah Trust Agreement.

  • The Savannah Trust is intended to be governed by the terms of this Settlement Agreement and the Savannah Trust Agreement and shall not be subject to any provision of the Uniform Custodial Trust Act as adopted by any state, now or in the future.
