  • Estimated charges will be based on an average of the actual monthly service (average of actual monthly service is based upon the most current three (3) months of service), provided by SBC KANSAS pursuant to this Attachment prior to the termination.

A ten percent (10%) penalty per month (or each portion thereof) shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within sixty (60) days of receipt of a returned Agreement.

  • AT&T LOUISIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Louisiana.
