SBWMA Service Area definition

SBWMA Service Area means the geographic area within and, where applicable, outside the Member Agencies’ combined jurisdictional boundaries wherein the Member Agencies exercise franchising authority for the collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials, as those boundaries are currently drawn or as they may be changed through annexations or the addition of new Member Agencies. “Self-Haul / Self-Haul Customer(s)” means materials, and Customer(s) that haul these materials to the Shoreway Center, other than the Collection Contractor(s).
SBWMA Service Area means the service area comprised of the SBWMA’s Member Agencies,
SBWMA Service Area means all of the geographic area within the boundaries of the 3 Member Agencies as they are currently drawn or as they may be amended in the future due to 4 annexations or the addition of new Member Agencies.

Examples of SBWMA Service Area in a sentence

  • Contractor shall maintain a spare ratio of ten percent (10%) for all Collection vehicles used in the SBWMA Service Area.
