SBWMA Service Area definition

SBWMA Service Area means the service area comprised of the SBWMA’s Member Agencies,
SBWMA Service Area means the geographic area within and, where applicable, outside the Member Agencies’ combined jurisdictional boundaries wherein the Member Agencies exercise franchising authority for the collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials, as those boundaries are currently drawn or as they may be changed through annexations or the addition of new Member Agencies. “Self-Haul / Self-Haul Customer(s)” means materials, and Customer(s) that haul these materials to the Shoreway Center, other than the Collection Contractor(s).
SBWMA Service Area means all of the geographic area within the boundaries of the 3 Member Agencies as they are currently drawn or as they may be amended in the future due to 4 annexations or the addition of new Member Agencies.

Examples of SBWMA Service Area in a sentence

  • Contractor shall maintain a spare ratio of ten percent (10%) for all Collection vehicles used in the SBWMA Service Area.

  • Contractor shall furnish such qualified drivers, mechanical, supervisory, customer service, clerical, and other personnel as may be necessary to provide the services required by this Agreement in a safe, thorough, professional, and efficient manner and shall provide, at a minimum, the number and type of personnel listed in Attachment O in total for the SBWMA Service Area.

  • Contractor projects that, as the result of undertaking this recycling promotion program, it will increase the volume of Targeted Recyclable Materials collected in the SBWMA Service Area by 9,800 annual tons starting January 1, 2011.

  • The number of field 2859 supervisors is specified in Attachment O in total for the SBWMA Service Area.

  • If office space at Shoreway 1560 Environmental Center becomes unavailable for the Contractor’s use, Contractor 1561 shall establish a local office in the SBWMA Service Area.

  • The Commercial Recycling promotion staff for the SBWMA Service Area shall consist of a minimum of the following full-time staff: eight (8) “sales” representatives (recycling coordinators), two (2) diversion auditors and one (1) supervisor (commercial recycling manager), as specified in Attachment O.

  • If office space at Shoreway Environmental Center becomes unavailable for the Contractor’s use, Contractor shall establish a local office in the SBWMA Service Area.

  • Performance incentives and disincentives for Overall Diversion Level, Minimum Single-Family Diversion Level, Minimum Commercial Diversion Level, Contamination, Average Speed of Answer and Ninety (90) Second Maximum Hold Time shall be calculated in aggregate for the SBWMA Service Area and Agency’s share shall be proportional based on the tons of Solid Waste Collected by Contractor for Rate Year One (2011) by Previous Contractor.

  • Each month Contractor’s Customer service 1678 representatives shall contact by telephone a minimum of two hundred (200) 1679 Customers within the SBWMA Service Area to inquire about the quality of their 1680 Customer service experience when interacting with the Contractor’s Customer 1681 service center.

  • Collection vehicles whose acquisition cost is included in the calculation of Contractor’s Compensation may be used only in the SBWMA Service Area.
