SCA Loan definition

SCA Loan means a loan made or to be made to a Beneficiary by an Eligible SCA for a Subproject out of the equivalent of the proceeds of the Credit relent to such SCA by RFC;
SCA Loan means the loan to be issued in favour of the Existing Lenders under the Existing Syndicated Loans as a result of the Restructuring on the terms contemplated by the Term Sheet;
SCA Loan means the Loan made to the Operating Company. As at the Restatement Date, the amount of the SCA Loan is € 84,798,748.59.
