Scale Down definition

Scale Down means an option that allows Customer to reduce capacity to the Performance Level of any environment at the time of any annual renewal.

  • Prior to the Effective Date, the Company will consult with the Term Loan Lenders before making any material decisions regarding the D56 Scale Down.
