Schedule A Contractor. An entity listed in Attachment No. 4 of the Contract that has entered into a Contract with Western in accordance with Section 105 (a) (1) (A) of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Power Plant Act of 1984, as amended by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Power Allocation Act of 2011, and the Conformed Criteria.
Schedule A Contractor. An entity listed in Exhibit A that enters into a contract with Western pursuant to Section 105 (a) (1) (A), as established by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Power Allocation Act of 2011 and the Conformed Criteria.

Examples of Schedule A Contractor in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise specified in Schedule A, Contractor is responsible for maintaining a backup of State Data and for an orderly and timely recovery of such data.

  • Upon request, or as may be specified in Schedule A, Contractor must perform background checks on all employees and subcontractors and its employees prior to their assignment.

  • Unless otherwise described in Schedule A, Contractor must maintain a contemporaneous backup of State Data that can be recovered within two (2) hours at any point in time.

  • As further specified herein and in Schedule A, Contractor shall develop to the satisfaction of the County, certain manuals (including, without limitation the Style Guide, Instructional Videos and User Guide) applicable to the County’s eGovernment environment that is applicable to the performance of the Services.

  • For any Invoices for Equipment or Services that are NOT specifically listed in Schedule A, Contractor shall provide notice to the College’s Office of Risk Management at (607) 274- 3285 and obtain prior approval from that Office before providing such Equipment or Services.

  • Unless otherwise provided for in Schedule A, Contractor shall be responsible for paying all costs associated with the Services and its business, including without limitation, costs for meals, lodging, transportation, insurance, equipment, and liability insurance.
