A Schedule or Schedules resulting from Bids submitted in violation of this Section 30.5.5.1 will be settled according to Section 11.2.4.7 and Section 11.33.

In this circumstance, the Contracting Officer may require the Contractor to increase the number of shifts, overtime operations, days of work, or the amount of construction plant, and to submit for approval supplementary Schedule or Schedules as the Contracting Officer deems necessary to demonstrate how the approved rate of progress will be regained.
Lessor desires to lease to Lessee, and Lessee desires to lease from Lessor in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, certain equipment more fully described in the Lease Schedule or Schedules, referred to herein as a "Lease Schedule" or "Lease Schedules", as may from time to time be executed by Lessee.
The terms and conditions contained herein (including the Supplements, if any annexed hereto) and in such Equipment Schedule or Schedules shall govern the leasing and use of the Equipment.
Bids must be priced as set forth in the Bid Schedule or Schedules.
