The Department will comply with the payment provisions of Schedule Two provided that the Department has received full and accurate information and documentation as required by Schedule Two to be submitted by the Contractor for work completed to the satisfaction of the Department.

The nominal amount from time to time of this Global Note and of the Notes represented by this Global Note following any such redemption, payment of an instalment or purchase and cancellation as aforesaid or any exchange as referred to below shall be the nominal amount most recently entered in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule One hereto or in Schedule Two hereto.
