Schedule Updates definition

Schedule Updates has the meaning stated in Section 8.03(a).

  • Should there be a Time Extension granted to the Contractor, the Engineer may provide an Equitable Adjustment for additional Contract Progress Schedule Updates at intervals directed by the Engineer.

More Definitions of Schedule Updates

Schedule Updates is defined in Section 6.4.
Schedule Updates shall be as defined in Section 6.5. “Section 336(e) Agreement” shall be as defined in Section 6.12(h). “Section 336(e) Election” shall be as defined in Section 6.12(h).
Schedule Updates mean solely and exclusively those schedules which the Contractor is required to prepare on a monthly basis to completely and accurately identify and inform Owner of all deviations in every numbered as-planned Work activity contained in either the Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule described in Section 6.5, whichever is the most recent, reflecting current conditions. .1Contractor shall submit a Schedule Update monthly with each Application for Payment. If no Application for Payment is submitted for a month, Contractor shall still submit the Schedule Update for the month. .2All Schedule Updates shall be resource loaded and prepared using critical path method software acceptable to Owner and printed in a tabular bar chart format. .3The first Schedule Update shall be dated and identified as "Schedule Update No. 1" and all subsequent revisions shall be dated and numbered sequentially. .4All Schedule Updates shall clearly demonstrate all changes in resource loading and/or the as-planned start and finish dates for all critical and non-critical path numbered Work activities as compared to the Base-Line Schedule, or the most recent previous Revised Schedule, whichever is later. .5Contractor shall simultaneously provide Owner with a hard copy and a diskette containing an electronic copy of each Schedule Update as submitted, including all logic diagram formats. .6Each Schedule Update shall be clearly labeled to state the effective date of the current status information contained therein. Along with each Schedule Update, Contractor shall provide Owner with a brief narrative report of any significant events which have occurred since the previous Update which may affect the Contract Time. .7Schedule Updates shall be accompanied by a Recovery Plan in the event the current progress reflects that the Contractor is behind schedule based upon the Base-Line Schedule or latest approved Revised Schedule or is otherwise in jeopardy of failing to complete the Work within the Contract Time. Schedule Updates do not constitute approved deviation from the Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule. Adjustments to the Base-Line Schedule may only occur through Revised Schedules. .8The Contractor's failure to provide Schedule Updates as required in this Section 6.6 shall be a material breach of this Contract.
Schedule Updates. A current schedule developed from the baseline or subsequent schedule through regular monthly review to incorporate as-built progress and any planned changes.
Schedule Updates means each of the disclosure schedules referred to in this Agreement, including Article 3 hereof, containing information concerning Seller and the Companies. "Schedule Updates" has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

Related to Schedule Updates

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Update means a hotfix, patch or minor version update to any Platform software; and

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Responsible Party as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Responsible Party's Mortgage Loan identifying number; (2) the Mortgagor's name; (3) the street address of the Mortgaged Property including the city, state and zip code; (4) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner-occupied, a second home or investment property; (5) the number and type of residential units constituting the Mortgaged Property (i.e., a single family residence, a 2-4 family residence, a unit in a condominium project or a unit in a planned unit development, manufactured housing); (6) the original months to maturity or the remaining months to maturity from the Cut-off Date, in any case based on the original amortization schedule and, if different, the maturity expressed in the same manner but based on the actual amortization schedule; (7) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to the Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio at origination; (8) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of the Cut-off Date; (9) the date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (10) the stated maturity date; (11) the amount of the Scheduled Payment as of the Cut-off Date; (12) the last payment date on which a Scheduled Payment was actually applied to pay interest and the outstanding principal balance; (13) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (14) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date, after deduction of payments of principal due and collected on or before the Cut-off Date; (15) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Adjustment Date; (16) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Gross Margin; (17) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Lifetime Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (18) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, a code indicating the type of Index; (19) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Periodic Mortgage Interest Rate Cap under the terms of the Mortgage Note; (20) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., fixed rate, adjustable rate, first lien, second lien); (21) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take-out refinance); (22) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full documentation, limited documentation or stated income); (23) the loan credit classification (as described in the Underwriting Guidelines); (24) whether such Mortgage Loan provides for a Prepayment Premium; (25) the Prepayment Premium period of such Mortgage Loan, if applicable; (26) a description of the Prepayment Premium, if applicable; (27) the Mortgage Interest Rate as of origination; (28) the credit risk score (FICO score) at origination; (29) the date of origination; (30) the Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment period; (31) the Mortgage Interest Rate floor; (32) the Mortgage Interest Rate calculation method (i.e., 30/360, simple interest, other); (33) a code indicating whether the Mortgage Loan has been modified; (34) with respect to First Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Loan-to-Value Ratio, and with respect to Second Lien Mortgage Loans, the current Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio; (35) the one year payment history;

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Calling Name Information means a Telecommunications Carrier’s records of its End Users names associated with one or more assigned ten-digit telephone numbers.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
