Scheduled Amortisation Period definition

Scheduled Amortisation Period means the period starting from the Scheduled Amortisation Commencement Date and ending on the earliest to occur of:
Scheduled Amortisation Period. ’ means, (i) the period commencing on the first Payment Date after the 2004 Interest-Only Period and ending on the earlier of: (a) the date on which the Class 2004 Notes have been paid in full, (b) the commencement of the Early Amortisation Period, and (c) the date upon which an Enforcement Notice is delivered pursuant to Condition 11 (Note Events of Default) and (ii) in respect of any Further Notes, any such period specified in the applicable Conditions.
Scheduled Amortisation Period means, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Mortgages Trustee (as directed by the Beneficiaries), the period commencing on the Distribution Date falling three months prior to the Scheduled Repayment Date of a Scheduled Amortisation Amount and which ends on the date that an amount equal to the Scheduled Amortisation Amount has been accumulated by Funding, subject as follows.

Scheduled Amortisation Period shall have the meaning given to it in clause 11 (Scheduled Amortisation Period and Redemption Call Dates) of the Series 2019-1 Supplement;

Related to Scheduled Amortisation Period

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2023-A Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Amortisation Yield means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) used to calculate the Amortised Nominal Amount of a Zero Coupon Note, in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.5.1.

  • Managed Amortization Period means the period from the Closing Date to the Rapid Amortization Commencement Date.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.

  • Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period Either a Mid-Month Receipt Period or a Prior Month Receipt Period.

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2022-2) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period means, with respect to the repayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.
