Scheduled Arrival Window definition

Scheduled Arrival Window means, for a particular LNG Vessel and Unloading and Regasification Slot, a period of twenty-four (24) hours for the arrival of the LNG Vessel at the Pilot Boarding Station beginning at 00:00 hours one (1) day prior to the start of the respective Unloading and Regasification Slot.
Scheduled Arrival Window means, for a particular LNG Vessel and Unloading Slot, a period of twenty-four (24) hours for the arrival of the LNG Vessel at the Pilot Boarding Station and beginning at 00:00 hours on the day on which the respective Unloading Slot is scheduled to commence.

  • In order to permit the Unloading of an Early LNG Carrier, provided that such LNG Carrier does not arrive more than twenty-four (24) hours before the Scheduled Arrival Window, the Operating Company will increase the Nomination and/or Redelivery Renomination of each User so as to release the relevant Percentage Share of the available space in the Terminal’s tanks at the arrival of the LNG Carrier, as envisaged by Clause3.3.1(b)(vi).

  • Notwithstanding Clause 3.7.2.1(a), to accommodate a Late LNG Carrier and at the written request of the User of the Late LNG Carrier, the Operating Company may, without the consent of the relevant User, delay the Scheduled Arrival Window for the next LNG Carrier by a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours, as required.

Related to Scheduled Arrival Window

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
