Scheduled Borrowing Base Determination Date definition

Scheduled Borrowing Base Determination Date means October 1, 2010 and thereafter April 1 and October 1 of each calendar year.
Scheduled Borrowing Base Determination Date means December 1 and June 1 of each calendar year, commencing on December 1, 2006.
