Scheduled Capacity definition

Scheduled Capacity. Means the portion of the Pipeline’s Effective Transportation Capacity assigned to each Sender or Third Party that requests the transportation service, according to the provisions of this Manual.
Scheduled Capacity means the approved capacity by the nodal agency (RLDC/SLDC), on a monthly basis; (viii)“Delivery Point” shall be the point of supply of buyer i.e., incoming of ABT meter of buyer. (ix) “Drawl Point” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 1 hereof; (x) “Due Date” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 6 hereof; (xi) “Force Majeure” or “Force Majeure Event” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10; (xii) “Non-performing party” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 10 hereof;(xiii) “Open Access” means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or GENERATOR or CONSUMERS or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission; (xiv) “Rescheduling Charges” shall mean the open access consumer who has requested for revision (downward) or cancellation of the accepted schedule as above, shall pay the Open Access charges as per originally accepted scheduled capacity, if the period of revision is up to 2 (two) days. If the period of revision (downward) or cancellation exceeds two (2) days, the Open Access charges for the period beyond two(2) days shall be payable as per the revised accepted schedule and for the first two(2) days as per original schedule. (xv) “REC” shall mean Renewable Energy Certificate; (xvi) “RPO” shall mean Renewable purchase obligation; (xvii) “Settled Units” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 2(a)iii hereof; (xviii) “SLDC” means the State Load Dispatch Center, as defined in the Electricity Act, 2003, or its successors; (xix) “RLDC” means the Regional Load Dispatch Center, as defined in the Electricity Act, 2003, or its successors; (xx) “Units” or “kwh” means Kilo Watt Hours; (xxi) “Year” shall mean a period of 12 months. Interpretation In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: Reference to any statute or statutory provision include a reference to the statute or statutory provision as may be amended, consolidated or replaced from time to time and includes any subordinate legislation made under the relevant statute or statutory provision. Any reference to a day shall mean a reference to a calendar day;
Scheduled Capacity means the load in MW that Eskom requires the customer to have available for load reduction as specified in the contract schedule.

Examples of Scheduled Capacity in a sentence

  • On the sixteenth (16th) day of the Nomination Month, at the latest, the Transporter will close the Nomination Process and it will publish the Nominations approved for all Senders and Third Parties, as well as the Pipeline’s Scheduled Capacity.

  • The Sender or Third Party will notify to the Transporter, as soon as possible, if it determines that: (i) its Deliveries during one Month of Operation in an Entry Point will be lower than ninety five per cent (95%) of the Scheduled Capacity, or (ii) its Withdrawals in any Exit Point will be lower than ninety five per cent (95%) of the Scheduled Capacity.

  • It is, for one Month of Operation, the difference between the Effective Capacity and the Scheduled Capacity.

  • Each Initial Shipper shall pay, with respect to each Segment and Schedule Month, a Tariff (the “Underutilizer Tariff”) equal to the quotient of (i) the product of the Fixed Charge and the Net Deliveries of such Initial Shipper applicable to such Segment divided by (ii) the sum of the Aggregate Scheduled Capacity applicable to such Segment and the Net Deliveries of such Initial Shipper applicable to such Segment.

  • If (i) the Aggregate Scheduled Capacity equals the Available Capacity for a Segment in a Schedule Month and (ii) an Initial Shipper is a Full Nominator for such Segment, then such Initial Shipper may nominate all or any portion of its share of Sole Risk Capacity for such Segment.

  • The Initial Shipper Tariff shall be the sum of (i) the amount equal to the Annual Revenue Requirement allocated to such Segment (the “Fixed Charge”) divided by the sum of the Aggregate Scheduled Capacity for such Segment and any Net Deliveries of such Initial Shipper applicable to such Segment, and (ii) the Variable Charge for such Segment, based on such Aggregate Scheduled Capacity.

  • With such notice Carrier shall also notify the Initial Shippers of the revised Scheduled Capacity allocations resulting from such reduction using the allocation and priority rules of Article Two above.

  • The volumes that must be taken into account when invoicing for Crude Oil Transportation Service, Tank Truck Crude Oil Unloading Service, Crude Oil Loading Service at Ports and Tank Truck Crude Oil Loading Service under the “Ship and Pay” modality and Additional Capacity, shall be the volumes corresponding to ECOPETROL’s Scheduled Capacity for the Operational Month.

  • The Overutilizer Tariff shall equal the Initial Shipper Tariff for such Segment plus the lesser of (i) the amount of the Overutilizer Premium allocated to such Segment divided by the sum of the Aggregate Scheduled Capacity for such Segment and any Net Deliveries of such Initial Shipper applicable to such Segment and (ii) the Established Third Party Premium for such Segment (or zero if there is no Established Third Party Premium).

  • Carrier shall apply, and Initial Shipper shall support such application, for approval of a Third Party Tariff with respect to each Segment equal to the sum of the Initial Shipper Tariff plus the Third Party Premium allocated to such Segment divided by the Aggregate Scheduled Capacity for such Segment.


More Definitions of Scheduled Capacity

Scheduled Capacity means the approved capacity by the nodal agency (RLDC/SLDC), on a monthly basis;
Scheduled Capacity means, for each Initial Shipper and each Segment, that portion of Available Capacity allocated to such Initial Shipper by Carrier and, for each Third Party Shipper, that portion of Excess Capacity allocated to such Third Party Shipper by Carrier, each pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions and stated in Standard Barrels per day.
Scheduled Capacity. The portion of the Effective Transport Capacity of the Polyduct that is allocated to each Shipper or Third Party requesting Product Transport Service by means of the Delivery and Receiving Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of this Master Service Contract. For the other Services, this refers to the portion of the Effective Capacity allocated to each Shipper or Third Party requesting the service in question.

Related to Scheduled Capacity

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the System at any applicable point in time.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Daily Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation of a Load Serving Entity during the Delivery Year, determined in accordance with Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8, or, as to an FRR entity, in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Day-ahead Congestion Price: “Day-ahead Congestion Price” shall mean the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market. Day-ahead Energy Market:

  • Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation for the PJM Region, determined in accordance with RAA, Schedule 8. Financial Close:

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Interruptible Capacity means capacity that may be interrupted by the Operator at any time in order to fulfil shippers’ nominations under a firm capacity reservation.

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.
