Scheduled Contract Payment definition

Scheduled Contract Payment means each periodic installment payable by an Obligor under a Contract for rent, principal and/or interest, excluding all supplemental or additional payments required by the terms of such Contract with respect to sales or other taxes, insurance, maintenance, ancillary products and services, late fees, penalties, default interest and other specific charges.
Scheduled Contract Payment means each periodic installment payable by an Obligor under a Contract for rent, principal, interest and/or unutilized/commitment fees (as applicable), excluding all supplemental or additional payments required by the terms of such Contract with respect to sales or other taxes, insurance, maintenance, ancillary products and services, late fees, penalties, default interest and other specific charges.
Scheduled Contract Payment means, with respect to any Collection -------------------------- Period for any Contract, the amount set forth in such Contract as required to be paid by the Obligor in such Collection Period. If after the Closing Date, the Obligor's obligation under a Contract with respect to a Collection Period has been modified so as to differ from the amount specified in such Contract as a result of (i) the order of a court in an insolvency proceeding involving the Obligor, (ii) pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or (iii) modifications or extensions of the Contract expressly permitted under the Servicing Agreement, the Scheduled Contract Payment with respect to such Collection Period shall refer to the Obligor's payment obligation with respect to such Collection Period as so modified.
