Scheduled Equipment means (a) all Parts, (b) each specific item listed on Schedule 2, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and (c) all items of the type or types described on Schedule 2, regardless, in each of the foregoing cases, whether such items constitute "equipment" as such term is defined in the UCC or other relevant law.
