Scheduled Existing Indebtedness definition

Scheduled Existing Indebtedness shall having the meaning provided in Section 7.19.
Scheduled Existing Indebtedness means the Indebtedness listed on Schedule 6.18 on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Scheduled Existing Indebtedness

Scheduled Existing Indebtedness means the Indebtedness existing on the Effective Date as listed on Schedule 9.04.
