Scheduled Shutdown definition

Scheduled Shutdown means a planned shutdown, interruption of or reduction in the Plant’s generating capability and / or capability of Transformer or Transmission Lines, to transmit the electricity so generated,that has been scheduled and communicated in writing in advance by the Company to the Consumer and is for inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs and / or replacement.

Examples of Scheduled Shutdown in a sentence

  • All maintenance, operating or other costs associated with the Scheduled Shutdown shall be expensed at the time such costs are incurred.

  • Any such Scheduled Shutdown shall not affect the obligations of BP to make payments hereunder or the other covenants and agreements of the parties hereunder.

  • Any such Scheduled Shutdown shall affect neither the obligations of BP to make all other payments due hereunder nor the other covenants and agreements of the parties hereunder.
