Scheduling Services as defined in in Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1; Service Information: (i) all data, reports, correspondence and information maintained by the Transporter in connection with the provision of the Services that supports the calculation of any amounts invoiced under this Agreement and/or the DES SPA and (ii) correspondence with Project Co and/or DES Buyer confirming changes to the FOB ADP or DES ADP, as applicable;

Scheduling Services means the scheduling by Constellation of the electrical generation output and associated transmission services for a Facility.

Examples of Scheduling Services in a sentence

  • Scheduling Services: Contractor timely shall schedule Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services as requested by Purchaser such that, over a rolling three-month period, no less than 80% of requested Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services are scheduled for service within ten calendar days of Purchaser’s request.

  • The "Scheduling Services" comprise the obligations of the Transporter under this Paragraph 4.
