Schematic Drawings. Design Development Drawings," and "Final Working Drawings," all as defined hereinbelow and collectively referred to as "Drawings." Tenant shall retain engineering consultants approved by Landlord (the "Engineers") to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and sprinkler work of the Tenant Improvements. All Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications as determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant and Architect shall verify, in the field, all relevant dimensions and conditions relating to the Base Project, and Tenant and Architect shall be solely responsible for the same, and Landlord shall have no responsibility in connection therewith. Landlord's review of the Drawings as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Landlord's review of the same, or obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, compliance with the Codes or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Drawings are reviewed by Landlord or its space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance that may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord or Landlord's space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Drawings, and Tenant's waiver and indemnity set forth in the Lease shall specifically apply to the Drawings.
Schematic Drawings means plans identifying spaces, elevations, site plans, plot plans, topographical plans, and plans showing the location of the proposed project in relationship to other properties and as defined in the Final Project Program and as referred to in Article 4. Said plans and drawings shall bear the seal of an architect registered in Missouri, if so required by applicable Law.

More Definitions of Schematic Drawings
Schematic Drawings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(c)
Schematic Drawings means drawings establishing the general scope, conceptual design, and scale and relationship among the components of the Project.

Schematic Drawings means a line diagram describing the interconnection of components in a complex system. The main features of a schematic drawing shall be as follows:- The drawing may be a two dimensional layout with divisions to show the distribution of the system between building levels. It may also be an isometric style layout indicating the distribution of system across individual floor levels. The drawing would not necessarily be constructed to scale. The drawing shall include all functional components that make up the system i.e. plant, fans, valves, strainers, terminals, electrical switchgear, distribution and components. • Symbols and line conventions shall be in accordance with a recognised source of standard symbols, such as BS 1192: Part 3: 1987 “Recommendations for symbols and other graphic conventions”• The drawings shall be labelled with appropriate pipe, duct and cable sizes where these are not shown elsewhere• The drawings shall indicate components which have a sensing and control function and shall indicate the links between them, e.g. building management systems, fire alarms and HV controls.• The major components indicated on schematic drawing shall be identified so that their whereabouts in specifications and on other drawings can be easily determined. • If required to form of a commissioning specification, the drawing shall include all data essential to testing and commissioning including volumetric flow rates, design total pressure losses at equipment, location of dampers, valves and flow measuring station, electrical fault levels, current rating, short circuit capacities and tripping times.
Schematic Drawings which shall generally include, without limitation
(a) perspective drawings sufficient to illustrate the improvements to be constructed, (b) a site plan at appropriate scale showing relationships of the improvements with their respective uses, and designating public access areas, open space areas, walkways, loading areas and adjacent uses, and (c) plans and elevations sufficient to describe the development proposal, the general architectural character, and the location and size of uses;
