Construction Drawings definition

Construction Drawings means the drawings showing building components and the manner in which they are assembled to form a building.
Construction Drawings means the final architectural plans and specifications, and engineering plans and specifications, for the Tenant Improvements to be constructed in the Premises, and shall be based upon and consistent with the Design Documents.
Construction Drawings herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, fully dimensioned architectural construction drawings and specifications, and any required engineering drawings, specifications and calculations (including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, air-conditioning, ventilation and heating), and shall include any applicable items described above for the Space Plan, and any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord in order for the Construction Drawings to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work.

  • Tenant shall, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s request, sign the Construction Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof.

Construction Drawings means: (a) detailed architectural drawings and specifications for Tenant’s partition plan, demolition plan, reflected ceiling plan, power, communication and telephone plan (location of data and telephone outlets with pull boxes only), electrical outlets, finish plan, elevations, details and sections; and (b) mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting plans and specifications where necessary for installation to Building systems.
Construction Drawings means the drawings, plans, and specifications for the Improvements submitted by Declarant to District.
Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure, including any applicable revisions, as approved by the Manager, Development Engineering, and which form a part of the Agreement;

If the Construction Drawings are revised, then Landlord shall cause the architect to re-submit the revised Construction Drawings to Tenant within the succeeding five (5) days from Landlord’s receipt of the proposed revisions. Tenant shall again have five (5) days to approve the revised Construction Drawings. This process shall be repeated until the Construction Drawings have been approved by Landlord and Tenant, at which time, they shall be the “Approved Working Drawings.” If the Construction Drawings are not approved within five (5) days of the date first submitted to Tenant for approval, then for each day beyond such period, it shall constitute a Tenant Delay.
Construction Drawings means the final architectural plans and specifications, and engineering plans and specifications, for the real property improvements to be constructed by Landlord in the Premises in sufficient detail to be submitted for governmental approvals and building permits and to serve as the detailed construction drawings and specifications for the contractor, and shall (i) include, among other things, all partitions, doors, HVAC (heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems) distribution, ceiling systems, light fixtures, plumbing installations, electrical installations and outlets, telephone installations and outlets, any other installations required by Tenant, fire and life-safety systems, wall finishes and floor coverings, whether to be newly installed or requiring changes from the as-is condition of the Premises as of the date of execution of the Lease; and (ii) comply with all Law as applicable and as interpreted at the time of construction of the Tenant Improvements (defined below), including all building codes and the ADA;
