Scheme Information all information (whether now existing or to come into existence, and whether created by LGSS or anyone else) in the possession or under the control of LGSS and which relates to the Fund or Scheme or its beneficiaries (in whatever form) and which may reasonably be required for the purpose of administering the Fund but excluding any system (whether computerised, electronic or otherwise) in the possession or under the control of LGSS on which Scheme Information is kept or any materials or programmes created or generated in connection with any such system
