School Areas definition
School Areas means the area within a two mile radius of a school.
School Areas mean the classroom and office spaces assigned for School use in accordance with Section 3 below, (iii) "Liabilities" means all fines, penalties, losses, costs, injuries, settlements and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of any claims, proceedings, suits or actions brought by a third person, and (iii) "Indemnitees" means in respect of a party, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of that party.
Examples of School Areas in a sentence
The use of any School Area, classroom, and restroom by City shall be subject to the approval of District and shall be at times, and in such a manner, as not to interfere with District use and cleaning of the School Areas.
