School Bus Services definition

School Bus Services means home to school and return transportation of students for profit and any related services customarily provided in connection with home to school and return transportation, such as transportation for field trips and other extracurricular activities. “School Bus Services,” for purposes of this Consent Decree and Final Judgment, does not include transportation provided by a school district itself.

Examples of School Bus Services in a sentence

  • All expressions in these Terms and Conditions shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning as that in the Agreement for Appointment of School Bus Operator to Provide School Bus Services (the “Main Agreement”).
