SCHOOL Faculty Members. HOSPITAL shall ensure that each institution’s instructors or Faculty Members participating in the Field Experience and who will supervise students at the HOSPITAL shall be duly licensed by the appropriate governmental authority in the state where HOSPITAL is located, and if required under the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Hospital, have privileges to perform services in the Hospital as a member of the active Medical Staff in accordance with any and all applicable provision of the Medical Staff Bylaws.

  • Faculty member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Faculty means a Faculty of the University;
