Scope; Definitions. Provider shall comply with the requirements set forth in this Appendix. This Appendix relates to Services whereby Provider collects, accesses, processes, stores, transfers, transmits, uses, discloses, or otherwise handles any Personal Data. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any provision of this Appendix and the Agreement, the more stringent requirement shall prevail. Capitalized terms in this Appendix not herein defined are defined in the Agreement or have the following meanings: “Agreement” shall mean the agreement between Client and Provider to which this Appendix is attached.
