Scope Services definition

Scope Services means all services outside the Scope of Services.
Scope Services is EndoChoice Scope Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company and a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Holdings.
Scope Services means Services that are associated with the engineering, furnishing, commissioning and/or installing of Scope Equipment and the preparation of such Equipment for operation, other than such Services that, by agreement of the Parties, are Nortel Services, as provided in the definition of Nortel Services.

Examples of Scope Services in a sentence

  • If Customer elects for JCI to repair such Out of Scope Defect, or if JCI otherwise performs any Services or provides any materials, parts, or equipment outside the scope of the Services (collectively, “Out of Scope Services”), Customer shall direct JCI to perform such Out of Scope Services in writing, and Customer shall pay for such Out of Scope Services at JCI’s standard fees or hourly rates.

  • Any Out of Scope Services performed by JCI at the direction of Customer pursuant to this Section shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Unless explicitly provide for within the scope of services, this is Out of Scope Services and the Customer’s exclusive responsibility to make arrangements for such services with a provider other than JCI.

  • A.1 The CM/GC shall provide the services as detailed in the attached RFP Section 1.7, Scope Services, which provides the primary input for development of a Construction Services Agreement in the form of the attached RFP Section 1.8, Pro Forma Construction Services Agreement (CSA) Between Owner and CM/GC.

  • If it materialises that in the Supplier’s reasonable opinion, the information provided and/or Assumptions made are incorrect, inaccurate or have changed and/or that the proposed scope of Services is not feasible, the Supplier shall be entitled to charge (at the Supplier’s current Rates) the Client for any Out of Scope Services or other additional Services provided to those detailed in the Statement of Work together with all related costs and expenses incurred by the Supplier.

  • PPD shall not provide any Out of Scope Services without the authorization of Sponsor (e-mail is sufficient).

  • If PPD is requested or required to perform services for a Project not specifically set forth in the Project Addendum (“Out of Scope Services”), such Out of Scope Services and a compensation schedule therefore (the “Out of Scope Amendment”) shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Sponsor has no obligation to pay for Out of Scope Services that have not been authorized by Sponsor (e-mail is sufficient).

  • If it materialises that in the Supplier’s reasonable opinion, the information provided and/or Assumptions made are incorrect, inaccurate or have changed and/or that the proposed scope of Services is not feasible, the Supplier shall be entitled to charge (at the Supplier’s current Rates) the Customer for any Out of Scope Services or other additional Services provided to those detailed in the Statement of Work together with all related costs and expenses incurred by the Supplier.

  • Such audits may occur no more often than once in any six (6) month period, in which case Customer shall pay for any such additional audits at the same rates applicable to Out of Scope Services under this Agreement.

Related to Scope Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;
