Screening Database definition

Screening Database means a third party service providing a global, digital database of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), as well as sanctioned and high-risk individuals and organisations, such as World- Check, used to help to identify and manage financial, regulatory, and reputational risk.

Examples of Screening Database in a sentence

  • If the Supplier, or any Relevant Person is listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 11.2 or breaches any of its obligations set out in clause 11.3, it shall promptly notify the British Council of any such listing(s) or breach(es) and the British Council shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 11.5 below.

  • If any of the Recipient, the Recipient’s Team or the Recipient’s Team’s directors or shareholders (where applicable) is: listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 14.4, or breaches any of its obligations set out in clauses 14.1, 14.2, 14.3 or 14.5; then the Recipient shall promptly notify the British Council of any such breach(es) and the British Council shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 14.7 below.

  • If any of the Supplier, the Supplier’s Team or the Supplier’s Team’s directors or shareholders (where applicable) is listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 15.4, or breaches any of its obligations set out in clauses 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 or 15.5; then the Supplier shall promptly notify the British Council of any such breach(es) and the British Council shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 15.7 below.

  • Contractor and all associated sub- contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.

  • If You, or any Relevant Person is listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 9.2 or breach any of Your obligations set out in clause 9.3, You shall promptly notify the British Council of any such listing(s) or breach(es) and the British Council shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 9.5 below.

  • However, Amphora may have a period of exclusivity or other competitive advantage with respect to use of such products in a Screening Database Business.

  • In exchange for this assignment, Caliper hereby grants to Amphora a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 14.5), perpetual license under such Patent Rights to use such LabChip Improvements, and have them used by others on Amphora's behalf, in Amphora's Screening Database Business, provided that no rights in any other Caliper Intellectual Property (e.g. background patents) are granted pursuant to this Section 7.2.1.

  • The parties recognize that they have mutual interests in the development of New Lab-on-a-Chip Products; Caliper primarily for purposes of commercializing such products and Amphora primarily for purposes of using them in connection with its Screening Database Business.

  • If any of the Supplier, the Supplier’s Team or the Supplier’s Team’s directors or shareholders (where applicable) is listed in a Screening Database for any of the reasons set out in clause 15.4, or breaches any of its obligations set out in clauses 15.1, 15.2, 15.3 or 15.5; then the Supplier shall promptly notify the BCSNPL of any such breach(es) and the BCSNPL shall be entitled to takes the steps set out at clause 15.7 below.

  • State of Illinois State Police Federal Bureau of Investigation Child Murder & Violent Offender Registry National Sex Offender Registry Illinois Sex Offender Registry National Child Protection Act/Volunteers for Children Act Uniform Conviction Information Act IBCHFS will also verify that applicants are not listed as excluded by OFAC (Office of Foreign Asset Control) and/or Terrorist Screening Database.
