Screening Product definition

Screening Product shall have the meaning set forth in the BD/MPI Collaboration Agreement. Screening Product shall include any serum based monitoring assay used to assess therapeutic responses.
Screening Product means a Product for use as an anti-bacterial agent or anti-fungal agent in each case in the Product Field.
Screening Product with respect to a Territory, means each Product Shipped to a Donor Center or a Plasma Center in such Territory which is not a Primary Product or a Confirmatory Product.

  • At the time Caliper offers any Screening Product for sale to Lilly, unless Caliper has advised Lilly in writing that such Screening Product is in the development stage, Caliper shall have sufficient manufacturing capability, or shall have made adequate outsourcing arrangements, to enable it to meet the reasonably anticipated demand for such Screening Product within a commercially reasonable delivery period.
