SD Products means the SD Host Products, SD Ancillary Products and SD Memory Cards.

SD Products means all ▇▇▇▇▇-Danfoss products supplied by ▇▇▇▇▇-Danfoss or any of its Affiliates to the Company to be sold and distributed by the Company pursuant to the terms of the DSD Distributor Agreement.
