We and our partners can’t install the SD-WAN CPE if you don’t provide prompt and proper access your site.
However, you must maintain a primary fixed line or wireless mobile primary internet connectivity service to operate your SD-WAN CPE for the Term of your Service.
Equipment Installation and activation If you do not request installation services as an Additional Service, you are solely responsible for the installation of the SD-WAN CPE in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and your requirements.

Alternatively, we may agree that you pay us the value of the SD-WAN CPE.
Lumen or its supplier configures and ships the SD-WAN CPE to the Customer site.
Subject to availability, Customer may order additional SD-WAN CPE without active software license(s) for sparing purposes (“Spare CPE”) for an additional charge.
