  • We and our partners can’t install the SD-WAN CPE if you don’t provide prompt and proper access your site.

  • Alternatively, we may agree that you pay us the value of the SD-WAN CPE.

  • Lumen or its supplier configures and ships the SD-WAN CPE to the Customer site.

  • Subject to availability, Customer may order additional SD-WAN CPE without active software license(s) for sparing purposes (“Spare CPE”) for an additional charge.
